Description

Jenfab’s TL (Top Load) line of equipment is perfect for cellular washing or for those installations that need a value-added cleaning process in a small space. Jenfab offers top loaders ranging in size from a 21 inch turntable to a 72 inch turntable as standard models, and up to 120 inches on custom washers.

Available with vertical pumps standard, mechanical door seals, a sprocket drive system (as opposed to  troublesome tire- or chaindrive systems) and industrial electrical controls. These systems can include stainless steel construction options, rinse stages and blowoff stages.

Choose from our standard configuration or request information on custom units. For custom applications, these diverse systems can be designed with a turntable as large as needed and weight capacities to match. The turntable can even be indexed for robotic load and unload.

Gear & Sprocket-Driven Turntable
Jenfab’s washers use our proven sprocket-driven turntable, eliminating chains, belts, tires and other friction drives systems that can stretch or slip resulting in poor cleaning performance. Our direct drive-gear design insures consistent rotation and spray impingement on the part.

Mid-Level Swing-Away Spray Bars
Swing-away, mid-level spray bars are included on 31 inch and above machines to allow a range of part sizes to be cleaned. By reducing the distance from the part to the manifold/nozzle, we achieve better impingement on shorter parts, resulting in faster, more efficient cleaning.
