Where We Ship
- The Continental United States includes the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. It excludes both Alaska and Hawaii.
Canceling an Order
- If you would like to cancel your order, please respond to the order confirmation e-mail or call (888) 291-6677
- If an order has shipped prior to cancelling, please refuse the delivery by UPS (not valid for USPS or freight)
Returning an order
- If you would like to cancel your order, please respond to the order confirmation e-mail or call (888) 291-6677
- Returns valid on unopened and/or unused items
- If the item was damaged during shipping or a wrong item was shipped, a free return label will be provided
- If the item is no longer wanted and/or needed, the customer is responsible for return shipment
- Returns accepted up to 30 days upon receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, electrical components, detergents
- Products that have been used
Restocking Fees
In the event that you order the wrong item, we will apply a 15% restocking fee (minimum) to compensate for fees gathered from online card transactions.
- Special order item(s) = 20%
- Special order items means items that we do not normally stock in store and orders drop shipped from the manufacturer.
- Parts and accessories = 15% restocking fee
Where’s My Order?
- Most items ship the same day, when available
- If the item has to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, shipping can take longer depending on availability (This will be considered a Special Order item)
- When a purchase is shipped, a tracking number is provided by e-mail
