Smoke House Cleaner is a free rinsing caustic formula designed to clean and degrease tough greases and fats in commercial kitchens. It will remove carbon stain, grease, oil, tar, and burnt deposits from most commercial kitchen surfaces. Smoke House Cleaner has been found to be highly effective at removing stains in Chinese restaurants. Smoke House Cleaner will work best in hot water, can be pre-sprayed for the toughest applications, and will rinse free at any temperature.
